RHA invites trainers to prove the worth of Driver CPC courses29 August 2014

The Road Haulage Association (RHA) has launched a competition to prove the value and business benefits achievable from Driver CPC courses.

The competition is open to external and in-house trainers and, says the RHA, will go a long way to dispel widely-held sceptism about the value of the mandatory Driver CPC qualification.

RHA director of policy Jack Semple says: "More and more companies are discovering that taking time to analyse driver training needs, and structuring DCPC courses accordingly, is delivering business benefit well in excess of cost."

Entries should be submitted with supporting evidence from customers. RHA intends to publish some of the best examples.

The winner will receive £500, with £250 each to two runners-up.
