"As Mercedes-Benz is always at the forefront of technological change, it's important that S&B Commercials also continues to develop our services to best suit our forward thinking clients' changing needs and requirements," states Hurford.
"Until this launch, our parts service was exclusively dedicated to our fleet customers," she continues.
"However, having proved to be a successful and helpful service, we wanted to extend this offering to our retail customers."
And she adds that the new web parts store also includes a LiveChat facility, where S&B Commercials' customer service helps users navigate the site and find the part they want.
The store offers genuine Mercedes-Benz parts complete with a 24-month warranty on van parts and a 12-month warranty on truck parts, and free delivery within Britain.
