Last year's team of 44 cyclists, the team raised over £20,000 and cycled from Manchester to Amsterdam.
The 2015 team included cyclists from the UK and Ireland, drawn from TIP staff, customers and suppliers from across the transport industry.
"The group showed amazing resilience and teamwork to get a variety of abilities over the finishing line," says charity ride sponsor and TIP Trailer Services managing director Mike Furnival.
"Once again, we have been overwhelmed by the donations from the transport industry to support these deserving charities," he continues.
"It is vital to their continued progress and the team are incredibly grateful for the fantastic support we've received."
Money raised is to be divided between three charities: the national charity for Cancer Research, the regional charity of Donna Louise who care for terminally ill children and their families, and the Air Ambulance Service.
