Called Rio 4TX-TrailerPulse, the solution combines Wabco’s trailer monitoring and diagnostics functionalities with the cloud-based platform from Rio (which is also the MAN vehicle services platform).
The partnership enables fleets that already manage their trucks in Rio’s connectivity environment to manage their trailers via the same platform.

The new trailer telematics system will be available first in Germany, Austria and Switzerland this summer, followed by the rest of Europe.
