TWL goes back to the future with Mercedes-Benz Vito 12 November 2012

Telephone systems supplier TWL Voice & Data has taken delivery of five Mercedes-Benz Vito vans, replenishing the fleet with like-for-like vehicles.

One of the new arrivals is a Vito 116CDI Sport, with a 163bhp engine, while a 136bhp 113CDI Dualiner has a second row of seats, allowing it to carry five people. The remaining three are 113CDI panel vans.

All five are long-bodied commercial vehicles and the subject of a finance package from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services.

"Our previous Vito vans were superbly reliable, while the Agility package combined the flexibility we wanted with competitive rates," says TWL marketing manager Andrew Hirst.

"Euro Commercials have also looked after us very well – their out-of-hours servicing facility being particularly useful – so we had no hesitation in sticking with Mercedes-Benz."

And he continues: "The Euro 5 engines are cleaner and more economical, and they have extra standard specification details, such as multi-function steering wheels, which control their Bluetooth telephone systems, cruise controls and speed limiters. We've also added optional parking sensors."
