Valx outlines European growth strategy04 October 2011

Valx has confirmed it has made good progress in expanding its reach in the first year of operation, having already delivered nine-tonne trailer axles for semi-trailers from stock throughout Europe.

Hector Rodriguez, Valx sales manager for Southern Europe, says the company's goal is to reach over 10% market share in the European axles market within three years.

"Even as a new company, all business-related issues, such as aftersales, have to be in place before these long-term agreements can be handled," comments Rodriguez.

He attributers Valx's success to the firm's "philosophy of open and cooperative communication with customers", and adds that the Spanish market is showing huge potential.
