It is part of PreDrive, the company’s smartphone-based walk-round checking system, which can be customised for operators’ requirements.
Any faults found are highlighted in a vehicle servicing workflow dashboard.
The online workshop servicing system records every stage of the repair process and links events with a date stamp for auditing purposes.
A maintenance calendar organises maintenance, servicing and MOTs.
The system is part of the company’s Dot software-as-a-service package, which also includes Tachomaster, its tachograph remote download offering, Falcon vehicle tracking system, Roadrunner transport management system and Checkmaster, its drivers’ licence verification system.
Also new from the company are a number of driver management systems. Tachomaster now offers a driver compliance infrigement dashboard, a newly-flexible system to deal with driver compliance disciplinary procedures – including automatic generation of driver letters – and a driver training management system. In addition, Drivermaster is a new extension that draws on compliance and performance data to automatically generate a score for each driver.
“The Drivermaster system provides you with a new way to manage, discipline and improve your driver behaviour, performance, compliance and safety issues,” the company said.
