Viezu remaps future with relocation and expansion 13 April 2015

Engine remapping specialist Viezu Technologies has relocated and expanded its operations to meet growing demand for its services – particularly from LCV fleets.

Its new UK headquarters, in Warwickshire, now includes an enhanced technical academy area to accommodate training of groups of up to 25 fleet technicians and engineers.

It also features new ride and drive test and demonstration facilities which complement the company's existing static European drive cycle test cells.

And the firm has patented fuel monitoring apparatus to calculate in-service fuel use and emissions prior to and post software installation.

"Our expanded operations provide fleets with one of the most advanced and transparent engine remapping services available anywhere in Europe," comments Viezu chief executive Paul Busby.

"We've experienced a surge in demand for our services in recent years as fleets look for ways to combat rising fuel prices and lower their emissions," he continues.

"This latest investment will ensure we can continue to provide 100% levels of satisfaction, fast turnaround times and the very best levels of training and technical support."

In the UK, some 50% of Viezu Technologies' work is with light commercial vehicles and a further 10% with heavy-duty engine truck fleets.

The company is best known for its award winning BlueOptimize tuning service, which is used by "many major fleets across the UK, including HomeServe and a number of major utility companies who are saving millions of pounds off the cost of fuel and reducing emissions by up to 20%".
