Volvo Trucks’ new FH to get CV Show rebirth 28 February 2013

Volvo Trucks' new FH tractor unit, which has notched up sales of more than 1,000 since its launch in September 2012, will take pride of place at the CV Show, at the NEC, Birmingham, from 9—11 April 2013.

Visitors to the show will see a truck described by Volvo as 'the safest ever Volvo'.

They will also be able to challenge Volvo on its claimed ultra-precise handling and steering, said to be closer to that of a luxury car than a truck.

And they can find out about the new Euro 6 version of the FH truck, designed to offer operators fuel savings of up to 10%, with all driveline options.

Other vehicles on the stand will include an example from the FM truck series, alongside interactive and static displays showing the Euro-6 D13K engine, a walk-through FH cab and a full size FH simulator.
