VOSA announces delays to OCRS system changes 03 May 2012

VOSA has revealed that during an IT systems test, some technical issues have been discovered at the agency around its OCRS (Operator Compliance Risk Score) system.

As a result, VOSA's proposed improvements to OCRS, originally scheduled for introduction at the end of April, could not go ahead as planned.

In a statement, VOSA says: "We are working on resolving the issues so that we can introduce the OCRS changes as soon as possible. When the changes are introduced, we'll send out notification through VOSA Direct."
