VOSA reaches 300th Authorised Testing Facilities 11 January 2013

Stuarts Truck & Bus, in Plymouth, has become the 300th ATF (authorised testing facility) and has been presented with a certificate from VOSA (the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency) to prove it.

"This is another significant milestone in the transformation of bus, coach and truck testing," comments VOSA chief executive Alastair Peoples.

"The first ATF opened in January 2010. Just three years later, there are now 300 with nearly 55% of tests now being conducted at non-VOSA sites."

"This is a large investment for us, but we see it as a way forward to enhance our customer support for Volvo operators and also expand the all-makes repair, maintenance and parts side of our business," states Ross Stuart, of Stuarts Truck & Bus.
