VW Converter Recognition scheme up and running26 July 2017

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles says its Converter Recognition scheme is now fully live and offers operators a streamlined service for quality conversions.

Available conversions include access platforms, car transporters, cranes, minibuses and mobile workshops, as well as racking, refrigeration, welfare and wheelchair access vehicles, on top of standard Lutons, dropsides and tippers.

The programme promises a one-stop shop for VW vehicle conversions, including servicing and the same aftersales support as its standard vehicles.

Converter partners have to meet strict quality and technical criteria, with three levels of accreditation.
