Wrightbus confirms Indian initiative05 September 2013

In a brief statement, bus manufacturer Wrightbus International has confirmed of its intention to move into a new fast-growing market.

Wrightbus and Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) have signed an agreement to work together in India with the intention of strengthening its presence around the world, and taking advantage of the potential that the country offers.

"We are excited by the opportunity to work with DICV in this dynamic market, which offers great prospects for the future," says Wright Group's managing director, Mark Nodder.

"This project will leverage the strengths of both companies, and creates long-term opportunities for growth," he adds.
