We currently have a vacancy for a suitably experiences Depot Engineering Manager to be responsible for our Watford depot. The successful applicant will be highly organised, task orientated and is likely to possess a relevant technical qualification.
Reporting to the Fleet Engineer, you will work together to deliver key performance objectives in respect of service delivery, reliability and fleet presentation within clearly defined budget limits. This will be a "hands on" role where the post holder's technical awareness and people skills will aid them in leading, supporting and motivating their workshop team.
