Suttons Tankers is a 100-year-old family-owned UK road tanker logistics provider. The company will continue to operate under the name of Schenk UK under the leadership of managing director, Michael Cundy and finance director Chris Orger.
The Burges Salmon team advising Schenk Tanktransport and Argos Wityu was led by partner Andrew Mills, senior associate Katie Carter, associate Dan Wood and solicitor Will Penfold from the firm’s corporate and M&A team.
