Goodyear is presenting its 63% sustainable-material demonstration truck tyre for the first time in the UK.
The tyre includes 15 ingredients across 20 tyre components. The demonstration tyre is labelled “A” in fuel efficiency. It is manufactured with four different carbon blacks that are produced from plant-based oil, end-of-life tyre pyrolysis oil, carbon dioxide capture, and a low-carbon methane pyrolysis process.
The company is also providing attendees with the opportunity to explore Goodyear Total Mobility, a fleet management offering that brings together truck tyres, solutions and services to help fleets become more efficient and foster sustainability.
