Isuzu Truck (UK) and parts supplier TVS Supply Chain Solutions have celebrated their 20-year relationship this month (January 2016) and signed a three-year agreement renewal.
Under the contract, TVS works with Isuzu on aftersales, all the way from inventory planning and demand forecasting, to customer service and returns processing, including warehousing and dispatch.
“We are delighted to be continuing our longstanding relationship with TVS and look forward, once again, to receiving the excellent service levels we have come to expect,” says Isuzu Truck (UK) managing director Peter Murphy (pictured left at TVS HQ in Chorley).
Andrew Jones, CEO at TVS (pictured right) adds: “TVS look forward to continuing to provide Isuzu with the same excellent levels of support.”
