The newly formed Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has appointed Mike Owen to manage its all-new Garage Section. In his new role, Owen will be recruiting independent garages.

Collette Dooley has joined CFC Solutions as a telemarketing executive concentrating on its range of fleet management software. She previously advised financial advisors about finance products.

The deputy director of operations at the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK (CPT), John Burch, is now manager of the trade association's south-west region. In his new role, Burch will spend his time at the CPT's central London location, and also have a base in Devon.

Dhollandia has a new passenger and van lift sales manager, since Eddie McIver joined the company in March. The ex-Ratcliff Pallfinger staffer will be responsible for developing new and exisiting business.
