Reporting directly to the Operations Director,and a member of the senior management team, you'll be responsible for a multi-million pound budget, a fleet of almost 700 buses and coaches and the leadership of 300 engineering staff across 8 sites. You will also be responsible for the Health & Safety standards within engineering and progression of such standards.
As Head of Engineering of a large engineering function, you will need to possess the right blend of leadership characteristics and a high degree of business acumen and excellent technical skills. This will allow you to take the business forward and give you the personal satisfaction a senior role such as this provides.
