SERVICE MANAGER AFTERMARKET, ANSTON SITE10 May 2017

We are seeking to appoint a Service Manager working as part of the Alexander Dennis Limited Aftermarket Management Team reporting into the UK Service Director. The role will be based at Anston.

The purpose of the role is to manage the Anston Aftermarket location and work activities carried out in the service workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for personally leading the continued development of the site whilst encouraging open management and employee participation within the team.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for candidates that understand the ADL business, have a good cross functional network and are keen to develop and take on this role within the Company. The purpose of the role is to:

  • Liaise with other departments on site for maximum cooperation
  • Ensure Budgetary performance
  • Ensure Compliance to Group and legislative requirements for Health and safety
  • Ensure Compliance to Group and legislative requirements for Environmental
  • Maximize efficiencies to ensure best impact on financial performance
  • Liaise with the workshop commercial team to ensure work loads are maintained

  • Microsoft office proficient
  • PCV background
  • Budgetary experience
  • Management account experience
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Would have preferably come from a PCV dealer type background.
