We are now looking to recruit Vehicle Engineers across our London Depots.
The successful candidates must have excellent core skills relevant to their trade and have experience of commercial and/or a variety of passenger carrying vehicle types.A relevant apprenticeship and/or appropriate qualifications, such as an NVQ or specialised manufactures courses are preferred.
Ideally you will be a self-motivated individual who has a flexible approach to work and a keen interest in further developing their skills and participating in relevant and appropriate training and assessments.The successful candidates should be able to demonstrate good leadership skills and must hold a full, clean driving licence and holding a PCV licence would be a distinct advantage.
The weekly pay for the role is a minimum of £639 based on a 40 hour week, plus shift premiums, as there will be a requirement to work an early / late shift rota that includes weekends.There may be the opportunity to work some overtime and this will be paid at an enhanced rate.
The role would suit an enthusiastic team player who is able to deliver in a fast moving dynamic operational environment and who is able to support the delivery of excellent performance within the challenging environment of London’s busy streets.
