Apetito delivers meals from its Bristol-based distribution centre: it already had route optimisation and tracking systems, but needed an integrated solution to monitor fleet performance.
“The best way for us to do this without expanding our fleet of 50 vehicles was to implement a centralised, integrated platform which presented all the intelligence to us in one place,” says Daniel Paull, Apetito’s distribution manager.

With Telogis deployed across the fleet, Apetito can now view all key performance issues from one software platform in real time – including compliance, with vehicle maintenance and defect reporting.

Apetito plans to expand the connectivity of its fleet, including incorporating electronic proof of delivery into the system.
