“We required a vehicle in a short time frame and the team at Volvo could provide us with a solution immediately,” states Bessway operations director Simon Payne, adding that the firm has had good experience with Volvo.
“This will be our first Volvo B11R Euro 6 and it will be used for school trips, touring and private hire contracts, so fuel efficiency and low operational costs were important considerations.”
Volvo Retail Bus and Coach sales manager Jo Standbridge worked on the specification, he says.
“Working with Jo was a fast, professional, and hassle free experience,” says Payne.
“As part of our purchase we have also taken out a maintenance contract with Hayes, our local Volvo dealership,” he adds.
