Bodybuilder industry boost for CV Show 2013 28 January 2013

With the current concerns over Whole Vehicle Type Approval, now is the time for UK bodybuilders to return to the Commercial Vehicle Show, according to the organisers.

Not since the CV Bodybuilder Show in 1994 has there been an opportunity for the road transport industry to compare such a wide range of bodywork and trailers under one roof.

In addition, all bodywork companies will be showing off their latest technology, with a common theme of maximising payload and reducing fuel consumption.

Bodybuilders so far signed up to the CV Show include Cartwright Group, Gray & Adams, Paneltex, SDC Trailers and Whale Tankers.

Paul Bratton, director of SDC Trailers ways he is pleased to be a part of the CV Show 2013. "The 2012 CV Show was a spectacular success and certainly made us realise that the industry needed a show that would give our sector a great shop window."

The CV Show will be held from Tuesday 9 April until Thursday 11 April 2013. Opening times are 08:30-17:30.
