BOF furnished with five Iveco New Eurocargo rigids 30 August 2016

Long term Iveco trucks operator BOF has expanded its furniture delivery fleet with five New Eurocargo 4x2 rigids, describing Iveco vehicles as “ever-reliable workhorses”.

“BOF has operated Iveco commercial vehicles for more than 10 years now, and we’ve come to view the company’s trucks and vans as the ever-reliable workhorse of our delivery operations,” states BOF operations manager Neil Bowen.

“When the time came to expand the fleet, we were naturally drawn to the New Eurocargo, which has greatly expanded on its predecessor’s pedigree as a delivery vehicle, making it the durable, flexible and economically sensible choice.”

The new arrivals – all Eurocargo ML75E16 rigids – join BOF’s mixed fleet of 13 commercial vehicles, which includes seven Iveco Eurocargo rigids and two Daily vans.

Each is powered by Iveco’s Tector 5 160bhp engine, capable of delivering 680Nm of torque and fitted with Iveco’s HI-SCR (high efficiency selective catalytic reduction) exhaust aftertreatment technology.

All have been equipped with 20ft rigid box bodies and roller shutter doors, and will be in operation five days, transporting goods for large projects, plus daily multi-drop missions nationwide.

The New Eurocargo fleet was supplied by Iveco dealer Glenside Commercials, under a five-year Iveco Elements R&M package.
