Burton gets new tachograph testing facility 24 May 2010

Keltruck has opened a tachograph testing facility at its facility in Burton on Trent.

Designed to cater for any type of commercial vehicle equipped with a tachograph, the facility means that Keltruck will be able to perform two-year and six-year statutory tachograph testing.

This work will be undertaken alongside the existing onsite MOT bay (designated premises), which has recently been granted approval by VOSA for PSV (passenger service vehicle) MOT testing.

In addition to statutory testing, the Keltruck branch will also be able to offer retrofit tachograph fitment into vans and, in conjunction with Stoneridge Tachographs, be able to offer 24 hour coverage for tachograph faults for any make of vehicle.

A range of accessories will also be available at the site, such as tachograph
