Car fleet operating costs in the spotlight at ACFO seminar07 April 2015

ACFO, the organisation for fleet decision-makers, has announced it will stage a seminar on 8 May, which will focus on operating costs.

Covering subjects such as fleet funding options, whole-life costs, fuel management, and tax and accounting, the event takes place at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, and promises an expert line-up of speakers.

"Historically, fleets perhaps only had to consider whether they ran petrol or diesel vehicles and whether they were funding via a contract hire arrangement or outright purchased," says John Pryor (pictured), ACFO chairman.

"Today, there are so many issues to consider that can have a huge impact on an organisation's tax burden and cash flow."

At 9am, ahead of the seminar presentations, delegates will be able to put a selection of the latest Jaguar and Land Rover models through their paces at a ride and drive session.

The event is only open to ACFO members. For others wishing to join the organisation, click the link below.
