Carrier Transicold partners score highly in health and safety assessment12 August 2015

Carrier Transicold UK has announced that, following an independent health and safety audit, its network service partners in the UK and Ireland have averaged scores of 91%.

The company has run its 'Carrier Safe' awards programme for four years, in conjunction with the manufacturers' association EEF. The programme underpins environmental, health and safety (EH&S) best practice, and annual reviews are carried out by EEF of all Carrier Transicold UK and Irish service partners.

As well as highlighting any areas where EH&S standards can be bolstered, Carrier Safe rewards the best performing partners with the chance to re-invest into their own safety programmes.

The service partners based in Hull and Ipswich achieved the highest scores in this year's assessment, and both win a cash bonus to invest in further training with the EEF.
