Component supplier announces management buyout30 October 2019

Three directors of aftermarket components supplier Juratek have completed a management buyout, following the retirement of chairman Allan Hooks.

The Doncaster-based business is best known for its braking products, but also supplies suspension system components for trucks, vans, buses and coaches.

The new owners are: Matt Robinson (pictured, centre), managing director; Toby Whewell (left), sales and marketing director; and operations director Mark Clegg (right). Between them, they have more than 70 years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket sector.
