Dennis Eagle to open new service centre in Scotland16 May 2019

RCV manufacturer Dennis Eagle is opening a new service centre in Scotland in September 2019.

The new premises will be located in Cumbernauld, between Glasgow and Edinburgh, just off the M80, and will replace the service centre at Falkirk.

The Cumbernauld facility will have a large workshop and warehouse, training facilities and conference rooms. There will be a collection point for parts and the company will offer a same-day delivery service.

Dennis Eagle aftermarket director Geoff Rigg (pictured) said: “We’re constantly striving to improve our levels of customer service and that is the whole focus of the new Cumbernauld facility.”

He adds: “The fully equipped workshops will be staffed by our well-trained and experienced engineers with a ‘can-do’ attitude. An apprentice will be working alongside them, representing not only investment in the local community but also our determination to constantly develop skilled engineers.”

Dennis Eagle will hold an open day at the new facility on 12 September.
