Ford extends BlueService to fleets20 November 2013

Companies operating 25 or more Ford vehicles can now tap into dedicated aftersales support, with the extension of Ford's BlueService package to fleet customers.

BlueService for Fleet features while-you-wait servicing; collection and delivery of vehicles can also be arranged. It also includes a maximum booking lead time of three days for service work, and larger fleets using Ford's online booking system through '1link' are guaranteed a response within 20 minutes.

Ford has pledged to transform the aftersales experience across its dealer network – BlueService for Fleet joins other programmes, including Transit24 for commercial vehicle fleet customers.
