Hyva to tip scales at TIP-Ex with three product milestones 01 June 2016

Tipping gear specialist Hyva is promising three product milestones at this year’s TIP-Ex in Harrogate, which opens on Thursday 2 June 2016.

First will be the public unveiling of Hyva’s new TRR Handy remote control skiploader – a development from last year’s original Titan Radio Remote model, now with full electronic operation of the skiploader from a handset.

Hyva’s second will be the launch of its first truck mounted cranes – a range of hydraulic bulk handling equipment for the UK’s tipping, construction and waste handling industries.

The crane exhibited at TIP-Ex will be the lightweight, remote-operated HA33, intended for use with platform bodies on trucks working in the building supply industry.

The crane is to be mounted on a 4x2 builder’s merchant truck soon to be built by Dover-based Charlton Bodies.

Moving on, Hyva says its third milestone concerns the FC137 tipping cylinder, launched back in 2011 also at TIP-Ex, and now the company’s best seller.

The firm says that is the result of its “hitherto unmatched levels of performance and productivity” – the result of a slimmer and lighter bottom cylinder, as well as its separate ram and tank design, which again cuts weight as the load-bearing steel oil tank of combined systems is redundant.
