Isuzu has best tools for the job for Artisan15 December 2017

Tool hire company Artisan Hire Centre has taken delivery of two 7.5-tonne Isuzu rigids.

One is a replacement for an existing 7.5-tonner; the other is a new addition to help the Wiltshire-based operator meet growing demand for its services.

Supplied by dealer Greenmeadow Commercial Services, the vehicles are Forward N75.190 rigids, both fitted with beavertail plant bodies by AG Bracey, of Bristol, and with rear cab-mounted winches.

“Our previous successful experience of running Isuzus meant that we were more than happy to specify the Isuzu marque again for this new vehicle acquisition programme,” says Chris Comers, Artisan’s managing director.

The trucks are operating from Artisan’s Swindon depot: they are expected to be in operation for four years, covering 30,000 miles a year.
