Keltruck achieves ISO quality standard 04 November 2011

Keltruck's West Bromwich flagship site, at M5 Junction 1, has achieved ISO 9001 accreditation, covering all aspects of its services, from new and used commercial vehicle sales, through service parts, bodyshop and end of life recycling.

"The accreditation of the ISO 9001 quality standard is a reflection of the systems and process that we have put in place across the operation, aimed at continually improving the service we give to our customers," says Andrew Jamieson, managing director.

The accreditation comes on top of the company's significant investment in premises at the West Bromwich location and the £560,000 IT system upgrades.

ISO 9001:2008 is the world recognised quality standard, and is subject to continuous independent inspection.
