Labcraft’s Omega light specified by Fowler Welch06 December 2011

In an effort to improve the working environment of its curtainsider vehicle fleet, Fowler Welch has become the second organisation to work with Labcraft and to specify its Omega LED light.

Fowler Welch is fitting three units in each vehicle, and says it expects improved light distribution, as well as better efficiency and money savings in the form of fewer breakages and bulb replacements.

"Compared to standard halogen lights, Labcraft LED lights will last well over 10 times longer, but without 10 times the cost – providing a fit-and-forget lighting solution," comments Labcraft's Matthew Sherry.

LED lighting uses between 50% and 80% less energy than standard bulbs, resulting in fewer flat batteries.
