The cloud-based solution from r2c is designed to help businesses manage and maintain commercial vehicles, eliminating the need for paper-based systems.
LG Perfect is scheduling maintenance using the online planner, where all defects and add-ons are sent to the customer automatically. “As well as saving time, we’re also saving £600 a year on paper alone,” adds Rowley.
He believes the system has given LG Perfect a competitive edge: “Gone are the days of lost inspection sheets and customers requesting extra copies. All paperwork is electronically stored as soon as a job has been completed.
“Customers are telling us they are particularly pleased with the option to access their information through the internet and by email, allowing them to accept and change their bookings without hassle.”
