MAN delivers multiple UK debuts at CV Show25 April 2019

MAN Truck & Bus UK will be exhibiting a range of vehicles at next week’s Commercial Vehicle Show (NEC; 30 April to 2 May), from the 5-tonne TGE minibus and the 3.5-tonne TGE flatframe chassis cowl, through to the 6x2 TGX XLion flagship tractor and a TGX 41.640 8x4/4 BBS heavy haulage prime mover.

With an indoor stand and external exhibition area, several vehicles are making their UK debut, including the XLion 6x2 tractor, the TGE flatframe chassis cowl and the TGE minibus.

Also making its UK debut is the MAN D15 engine, which is 230kg lighter than its predecessor the D20 and is for the TGS and TGX ranges.

Using SCR-only technology, the six-cylinder 9-litre D15 has three power variants: 321bhp, 350bhp and 390bhp, with 1,600, 1,700 and 1,800Nm, respectively.

Visitors to the MAN stand can also find out more about the range of alternative fuels its vehicles support.
