MAN races to the fore at CV Show25 April 2017

Visitors to the Commercial Vehicle Show, opening today (25 April) at the NEC, Birmingham, will be able to see two special MAN trucks used by Lancashire-based Rooster Truck Racing.

The race truck has been joined by a MAN TGX towing vehicle: the race truck can be seen on stand 3B, while the liveried tow truck is on display in the car park.

Dave Taylor, Rooster’s team principal and managing director of TTX Haulage, says: “We have a massive relationship with MAN that goes way back to 1995, and have some great friends at MAN Truck & Bus Manchester.

“They are quality trucks, but then there are a lot of great trucks out there – what sets MAN Manchester apart is the people, and I buy from people.

“If they take the time and care to look after me, then I will look after them. That is the quality of service you get from MAN, right through from the salesman to aftercare, they can never do enough for you and I appreciate that.”

MAN Truck & Bus UK will also be at the CV Show, on stand F10 in Hall 5.
