MAN TGE vans support Bevan Group’s first response offer01 May 2018

Aftercare Response, part of the Bevan Group, has taken delivery of three new MAN TGE vans.

Based in Wednesbury in the West Midlands, Bevan Group’s Aftercare Response maintains and repairs commercial vehicle bodies and ancillaries. Its 40 field-based engineers provide commercial vehicle operators throughout the UK with both planned and emergency support covering bodywork of all kinds, as well as servicing equipment such as cranes, tail lifts, roller shutter doors and curtains.

Aftercare Response’s New TGEs are all 3.0-tonne models and are powered by 138bhp low-emission 2.0-litre turbo diesel engines. Their 3,640mm standard wheelbase, high roof bodies, are lined and carry servicing equipment required including mobile MIG welders, generators, compressors and access ladders.

The vehicles have been supplied through MAN Financial Services on a 36-month contract hire, and are covered by MAN’s Gold Cover Repair and Maintenance and its Mobile24 24-hour breakdown service.

Simon Dryburgh, aftercare response director, said: “Due to the nature of Aftercare Response’s work, when customer’s call it’s often an emergency and for this reason it’s crucial that we can rely on the reliability and efficiency of our fleet.”
