The Cambridge-based company has more than 12,000 assets out on contract, including transport refrigeration equipment, tail-lifts with shutter doors, lifting decks and couplings, and light commercial vehicles.
“Since 2013, we have experienced a tremendous increase in our contract maintenance business,” says Marshall’s managing director George Ralph.
“Earlier this year, we broke the 10,000-asset barrier for the first time, but this has now risen to a much higher level with over 12,000 assets currently being managed by our nationwide team.”
The company has a central customer service centre, manned 24/7, to deal with general service enquiries, breakdowns, or advice on compliance for F-Gas, LOLER and MOT requirements.
Marshall also has 148 mobile service engineers and 17 wholly-owned service centres across the UK.
Ralph adds: “We are constantly working on future initiatives to develop additional market-leading support for some of the major issues facing the industry, such as F-Gas, ‘working at height’ legislation and standardisation in the pharma sector.”
