The latest addition is an Actros 2551 with GigaSpace cab, 510bhp 12.8-litre engine, and personalised registration plate. It joins the operator’s 20-strong fleet, most of which are Mercedes.

“It’s competitively priced and offers great value for money thanks to its high level of standard specification, to which we add chrome grilles and lightbars to ensure that our vehicles really stand out.
“The Actros is also superbly reliable. We’ve been running vehicles from the latest generation for four years now and I don’t think I’ve spent anything on them.
“Many of our vehicles are travelling into London and making multiple drops on a daily basis. The Mercedes-Benz truck’s fuel economy is great, while our drivers rate it very highly, too.”
The Actros is supplied with a two-year R&M contract.
