Mitsubishi’s stop-start systems and alternators to debut at IAA24 September 2014

Mitsubishi Electric Europe is launching a new range of stop-start systems and alternator technology for truck and bus applications at the IAA Commercial Vehicle Show in Hanover this week (25 September to 2 October).

With a strong presence in the passenger vehicle market, Mitsubishi is looking to take a greater share in the rest of the commercial vehicle sector.

The company is also exhibiting EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) valves and turbo actuators alongside the stop-start products.

"This is a key show for us as we look to strengthen our position in the European commercial vehicles market," confirms Hiroaki Kondo, president of the company's automotive business in Europe.

"It's a great platform for us to highlight the quality and reliability of our systems for heavy and medium duty vehicles."
