Orbcomm adds working time analysis functionality to FleetManager21 January 2020
Telematics provider Orbcomm has launched a new workspace within its FleetManager platform to provide working time analysis and multilingual documents to manage international drivers.
Called Working Hours Analysis (WHA), it enables fleet managers to view and manage various driver-related data, from one screen.
This includes working time analysis, non-tacho data, attestation letters, minimum wage checks and customised expenses. WHA ranks infringements of working time and drivers’ hours rules by severity, calculates fines and issues letters of infringement in multiple languages.
“The Working Hours Analysis workspace complements our existing, real-time tachograph data by providing more in-depth and detailed historical analysis,” says Trevor Durnin, UK & Ireland country manager for Orbcomm.
“By combining tachograph and non-tachograph data, fleets can minimise unnecessary administration, reduce fines and manage their drivers, vehicles and paperwork more effectively, all in one place.”
