Plastows extends all-Volvo fleet with first Euro 6 B11R11 February 2016

Plastows Coaches has taken delivery of a Euro 6 Volvo B11R coach, the first of this type that the Oxford-based operator has acquired but its 10th new Volvo vehicle.

Increased business demand prompted the latest acquisition, which is a 53-seater with Jonckheere body.

The vehicle has Volvo I-Shift transmission and electronic braking system featuring ABS and ASR functions (anti-lock and anti-slip), along with ESP (electronic stability programme).

Other features include reclining seats, three-point seatbelts, leather headrest inserts, hot drinks machine, Alcoa Dura-Bright alloy wheels and motorised blind to front windscreen.
