Renault Trucks wins top supplier award from Fraikin22 July 2015

Renault Trucks has been voted supplier of the year by commercial vehicle rental firm Fraikin Group, which rated its customer service and technical support for Euro 6 in particular as “excellent”.

Fraikin carried out a survey among 50 of its staff, asking them to assess the truck manufacturers, and their views were then reinforced with quantitative data.

"We wanted to reward the Renault Trucks team's high motivation, as well as the quality support the brand provides to our group," explains Arnaud Perard, Fraikin's purchasing director.

"In particular, Renault Trucks gave our teams an excellent technical grounding when Euro 6 was introduced, enabling us to optimise vehicle handovers to our customers and guarantee efficient maintenance."

Renault Trucks makes up around 10% of Fraikin's total 55,000-strong vehicle fleet. The manufacturer beat 23 other suppliers to take the title.
