S MacNeillie & Sons sold to Babock Critical Services 03 February 2015

Vehicle conversions specialist S MacNeillie & Sons has been sold to Babock Critical Services. The deal closed on Friday 30 January 2015.

S MacNeillie & Sons, which has offices in Uxbridge and the United Arab Emirates, is a leading manufacturer of armoured vehicles and also supplies to the emergency services, civil service and other security focused organisations.
