Shell takes efficiency messages online for fleet managers 13 March 2017

Shell has launched a website it says is designed to help fleet managers optimise the efficiency of business operations.

Dubbed Fluid Thinking, it covers new technology and legislation, as well as how changing consumer demands are driving changes in transport operations, while also presenting opportunities and challenges for fleet managers.

Shell UK sales manager for commercial fleet, Scott McGregor, says the new site fluidthinking.shell.co.uk provides a one-stop destination for fleet managers looking to stay informed and benefit from commentary and tips.

“For more than 50 years, we have enabled business customers to benefit from Shell’s network, fuels quality and expertise through our euroShell Fuel Card,” states McGregor.

“Now we are drawing on the knowledge we have within Shell and among our associates from across the industry to inspire and inform managers who are looking to boost the efficiency of their fleet.”

Fluid Thinking explores issues such as the business impact of technologies and data, fuel efficiency, fraud management, driver wellbeing, and the changing nature of fleet management.

Operators can register for free access to supplementary content and subscribe for regular email updates on newly released content and recommended reads.
