Thermo King says that parts delivery and service levels remain the same as before COVID-19. Thermo King and Frigoblock factories in Barcelona (Spain), Essen (Germany), Galway (Ireland) and Kolin (Czech Republic) and distribution centre in Shannon (Ireland) are open, as are dealers, to support the provision of essential goods and services.

For example, Healthcare at Home is a full-service, clinical provider of out-of-hospital healthcare. It supports more than 180,000 patients across the country from a network of 14 locations and 1,500 staff. Healthcare at Home operates a fleet of 164 vans refrigerated with Thermo King units and serviced by dealer Marshall Fleet Solutions (MFS).
