Henderson – whose franchises in the region include SPAR convenience stores – cites Thermo King’s “quiet, cost-efficient, reliable solutions and strong service network” as reasons for the deal.
The SLXi 300 Whisper units feature telematics and communications capabilities to help the operator plan temperature-controlled deliveries, and their quiet operation minimises disturbance for urban distribution.
All Thermo King SLXi units feature next-generation R-452A refrigerant, which is in line with Henderson’s sustainability strategy and lowers the environmental footprint of its transport operations.

The units were supplied by Technical Transport Product, Thermo King’s ‘platinum’ dealer in Northern Ireland.
