Three million milestone passed for 1link Service Network 26 March 2015

Three million cars, vans and trucks are now registered on epyx’s 1link Service Network e-commerce platform, according to Kyle Truman, head of marketing at the company.

Introduced in 2003, the service is now used by hundreds of fleets to manage and process servicing, maintenance and repairs bought from around 18,000 franchise dealers, independent garages and fast fits, he explains.

Although primarily based in the UK, it has also seen widespread adoption in France, Australia and now also Portugal.

"Over the last decade, 1link Service Network has become one of the most important tools used by the fleet industry to manage costs and service standards," states Truman.

"However, it is also an unusual product in that ... it has continually evolved, to not only to its creators but also its entire user community," he continues.

"Therefore, hitting the three million vehicle milestone is a cause for celebration for everyone who has been involved in the platform."
